Where an independent service provider is legally responsible for issuing an invoice, the provider must supply the appropriate document to the customer.
Customers should retain payment receipts and booking confirmations for future reference.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking through the available platform options.

A refund or repeat service is not automatically guaranteed and will depend on the facts of the complaint.
Emergency and ambulance-service availability may depend on third-party providers, location, traffic and operational conditions.
SBC Services should not be treated as a replacement for official emergency authorities.
In a life-threatening emergency, customers must immediately contact the relevant official UAE emergency service and should not depend only on the SBC Services platform.
Customers may submit genuine reviews and ratings based on their actual service experience.

Genuine negative feedback will not be removed solely because it is unfavourable.
Users and service providers must not:
Customers and service providers are encouraged to keep bookings, payments and communication within the SBC Services platform.
SBC Services may be unable to assist with disputes involving services or payments arranged independently outside the platform.
Any unauthorised transaction made outside the platform is undertaken at the customer’s and provider’s own risk.

The SBC Services name, branding, website, application, design, graphics, software and original content are owned by or licensed to SBC Services.
Users must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute or commercially use platform content without written permission.
Service providers grant SBC Services permission to display their submitted business information, service images and profiles for operating and promoting the platform.

SBC Services is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services beyond its reasonable control.
SBC Services aims to keep the platform available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Subject to applicable consumer rights and dispute-resolution requirements, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
Use this jurisdiction only when SBC Services is legally registered or operating in Dubai. Otherwise, replace it with the company’s actual registered jurisdiction.
